Based on the Gold Coast, serving clients locally, interstate and internationally, Carla Rausch Designs have been honoured to support clients throughout their renovation or new build journeys for over a decade. From small updates to full-scale turnkey projects, we know how transformative considered design is to each and every project. Specialising in both residential and commercial interiors, we bring a signature love of modern elegance fused with practical sensibility to our work - signed, sealed and delivered to an exceptionally high standard.
THE STUDIO
With creativity and the capability to turn the unimaginable into the tangible, my design approach unites luxury with the everyday. It has always been a goal of mine to run a successful business alongside motherhood and show my girls what hard work and determination can achieve.
With over 15 years of industry experience, I’ve seen it all. No matter where a person comes from or who they are, everyone always has a story and that is where I like to connect. For me, it’s not just about the outcome. It’s about the process in the client journey, making sure they feel comfortable, confident and can have a laugh with us along the way.

As a talented designer with over 8 years of experience in both residential and commercial design, Naomi is highly involved in the ideation and implementation of client projects. Giving 150% to her work, Naomi brings a human-centric approach that fuses the needs of her clients with beautiful design concepts to create elevated spaces like no other.

Conscientious and friendly, Mary is a powerhouse studio manager that keeps CRD running smoothly and ensures all client interactions with the team are seamless and enjoyable. Nothing gives Mary more pleasure than meeting our happy and sometimes emotional customers after their big house reveal. Mary leaves no stone unturned to bring solutions and deliver dream outcomes for all projects.

Having recently joined the CRD family, Faith has quickly settled in and already has us wondering how we ever managed without her. Never without her trademark sunny smile, Faith's warm, bubbly, caring disposition is an asset to our team, clients and suppliers. Assisting in the studio with everything interior design, she brings a high level of organisation and an eye for detail to her role - from administration to keeping us fed and hydrated while we pour over design concepts for our amazing clients.

Highly efficient and diligent, Suzie is a valued member of the CRD team. Always looking to grow and learn in all ways, Suzie not only holds a Marketing degree, she has also recently completed a CERT III in Interior Design & Home Styling. Organised, with a meticulous eye for detail, Suzie is always willing to go above and beyond to take care of all things logistical from liaising with trades, suppliers and clients to product sourcing and styling. Suzie is our right hand in the studio.
