Every interior design journey begins with an initial consultation either onsite at your property or at our studio.

During this time we run through your ideas and goals for the property and offer suggestions, present you with samples and help find the best solutions for your project.

This consultation might be all you need gain the direction and confidence to kick start your project.

However, if you require further assistance we will happily present you with a design proposal for your project.

Based on our onsite discussion and your brief, CRD will put together a proposal and return brief that outlines the project scope and encompasses your ideas, inspirations and hopes for the home.

We will also provide you with a copy of our Services Agreement and Terms & Conditions to ensure transparency before you commit.

Once these documents are approved we will commence works on your project.

A Project Schedule is a fully comprehensive guide that presents our recommended designs and works to you, ready to be implemented at your leisure or with our assistance.

No matter the scale or style of your project, CRD will cover all elements of it in this document, from product sourcing through to interior design.

Depending on whether your project requires interior design works or product sourcing (interior decorating), we will work through the following process with you.

The Projects


Based on our onsite discussions, we take into consideration your inspirations, ideas, likes and dislikes to put together product suggestions for your selected spaces in the form of moodboards.

These moodboards form part of the your complete project schedule, along with product specifications, examples and pricing.


Based on our onsite discussions, we take into consideration your project to put together a scaled 2D floorplan / lighting plan and 2D elevations for your space can be presented to you along with product selections and specifications.

3D Renders are included to aid in visualisation.



The CRD team can liaise with our network of experienced and trusted trades people to either brief them on your project and obtain quotations on your behalf or pass on their details to you for you to organise directly. All trades provide no-obligation quotes.


Based on the suggestions put to you in your moodboards, the CRD team will liaise with over 200 selected furniture suppliers to organise ordering and delivery, saving you time and money. We will then put delivery timelines in place depending on availability and deal with any delivery issues that may arise.

Upon acceptance of quotations from our suggested trades, CRD can be onsite to meet with trades and quality check all works completed throughout the renovation period if we are project managing your design.

We will also be available to provide guidance throughout this period.

Upon completion of your project, two CRD stylists can style your property in order to achieve a complete and finished feel. We’ll put your newly purchased furnishings in place, finish them off with décor pieces and make and style all bedrooms and soft furnished spaces.

Once we have completed installing and styling your spaces they are then revealed to you, and all that's left for you to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your newly redesigned space.
