Built in 2011, Grand Manors is a prestigious estate located in a stunning location in Gilston surrounded by trees and wildlife. This hinterland treasure also backs on on to the Grand Gold Course and boasts a pool and large amenities building.

The 40 lots and the amenities building at Grand Manors were in need of an update to suit their prestigious location. CRD was brought on board to present a series of colour palettes to the body corporate to replace the existing colour scheme of ochre, avocado and salmon. The 'Warm Elegance' colour scheme was approved and CRD worked with the painters and project management team to see this project through to completion.
